Benefits of Working for Logistics UK

We value our employees and offer a wide range of benefits in return for their commitment. We recognise that no two employees are the same – everyone has different preferences and needs that change over time. Therefore, we are constantly looking at ways in which we can reward our employees to reflect their needs.

Check out the different ways we support our employees’ work-life balance!

At Logistics UK, you will receive 25 days’ annual leave plus UK bank holidays. Logistics UK also has a Christmas Working Arrangement, whereby if you work one of the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day, you will receive the other two off – this in in addition to your regular annual leave entitlement!

Stakeholder Pension Scheme

The stakeholder pension scheme is managed by Legal & General Assurance Society and complies with the Government’s stakeholder pension arrangements. If you commit to making a contribution of at least 3%, Logistics UK will contribute 8%. For those that do not wish to contribute this amount, we offer an auto-enrolment scheme with contributions of 1% required.
