The 10 September 2019, FTA will organise the Vehicle Maintenance Audit webinar, from 2pm to 2.40pm.
This course is designed for those who work in an agency environment and are responsible for recruiting and supervising transport operatives to meet customer demand. It will demonstrate to your customers that you are taking an active role in ensuring their compliance with industry regulations.

As an authorised Earned Recognition audit provider, FTA can support an operator’s application by providing a full and comprehensive audit required to join the Earned Recognition scheme.
Our Operator Licence Audit has been designed to review management systems and documentation to ensure legal compliance with the requirements of your operator licence undertakings with the intention of mitigating risk to your operator licence.
The Tachograph Systems and Driver Management Audit has been aligned to the requirements of DVSA Earned Recognition audit standards. The audit consists of 13 sections covering driver management, data analysis and retention, working time systems and monitoring, infringement reporting and driver licence and DCPC monitoring.
Our comprehensive vehicle maintenance audit is mapped to DVSA Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness and checks an operator’s systems and their responsibilities involved in maintaining vehicles in a roadworthy condition, regardless of operating conditions, fleet size or vehicle type.
This audit is designed for those operators who are part of Earned Recognition but have a maintenance concession and need to demonstrate their compliance to DVSA on an annual basis as they progress towards a fully electronic maintenance system.
