International Documentation and Customs Compliance

When importing or exporting the right paperwork is crucial. Missing or inaccurate documents can increase risks, lead to delays and extra costs, or even prevent a deal from being completed. Understanding the regulations and related compliance is essential to generating and retaining profits.

The objective of this course is to examine the many aspects of international documentation, the reasoning behind the requirements, their content, free trade agreements and addressing how it should be prepared along with when and where it should be presented.

There are particular regulations around certain documents and the course will examine ways to prepare the relevant paperwork and provide the in-depth knowledge required to operate an effective and compliant export documentation process.
